can i install the system launcher feom the eu rom on normal rom

an can someone upload it here
im a bit sad over the global launcher have google discovery

Hi you can extract it by yourself, I have described it here:

Instead of the mentioned rom choose the eu rom you need

You can't. You won't be able to install it as a normal APK, even if you extract it from one of our ROMs.

is it also not possible to install it with "adb install /path/appname.apk" or with TWRP explorer and copy it into the corresponding path ? This is my method to install system files.

You might be able to install it by copying with TWRP. adb install won't work.
