xiaomi.eu to official eea stable?

Guys i want to try out the official miui 12.0.2.0 eea and i'm currently on xiaomi eu 12.0.1.0 stable. Can i install the official rom and if i can how can i do that since i don't want to risk bricking my phone? Or since 12.0.2.0 is stable beta should i wait for just the stable version or stick with xiaomi.eu?

Sorry for all these questions but i need some answers

Afaik, when switching between stock ROM and custom ROM you will always need to do a factory reset.
Please somebody correct me, if I am wrong.

go from xiaomi.eu rom to official MIUI ROM you need official fastboot ROM and flash it using miflash tools and you will lose all you data so you must do backup before that and you will lose TWRP and back to stock recovery
