Hello. I have problem to add devices to Xiaomi Home.

Tried on three phones. 1 of them find and add devices to Xiaomi home and two not. Successful phone is Mi Mix 2s global version. Unsuccessful phones are Xiaomi 12 Chinese version and Xiaomi 11 Ultra Chinese version. Unsuccessful phones have FW from xiaomi.eu. One of unsuccessful phones used to find and add devices with very the first firmware version.
What I tried and don’t help.
1. Update firmware
2. Multiregional application
3. Original Xiaomi home app
4. Connect on another place (other router etc.)
Region is set correctly.

Looks like, that problem is somehow connected to firmware from xiaomi.eu or Chinese version of phones.
Any suggests?

Change your location settings to Exact location and not Approximate location.

That does not help.
I found new symptom yesterday. Mi Home App/phone is not able to connect to Mi Home bluetooth devices on china version xiaomi phones with xiaomi.eu rom (e.g. Mi Kettle). Headphones or other bluetooth devices outside mi home app goes OK.

What do you mean with "Change your location settings to Exact location and not Approximate location."
I know that used to be Exact location and Approximate location switch in Android setup but it is not present now. Now it is present only use A-GPS to get better location (i have it allowed)

You have to enable approximately location in privacy protection lab

For HyperOS

Settings -> privacy protection -> location -> approximately location ON

Good evening i have my devices installed and working from my mobile app but recently i did also the account from my pc via web on the same account but unforently i am not seeing them from the web. can some please help me out

A shame, i have at home

Mi 14
Mi 11
Mipad 6
Mi tv 65 p1e
Mi router ax3600

None of them sppears in xiaomi home...

Tried so many tricks, didn't fixed it

Have you tried putting them all on the same WiFi network, checking the app's permissions, and restarting everything?

If above won't help you SOLUTION is to disconnect from any Wifi network on your Android phone and pairing will work.
I was trying to add new device (Xiaomi Smart Camera) to Mi Home android app. I have Xiaomi android phone with Android 13. Mi Home app performs initial connection with Xiaomi camera via its wifi network (xiaomi-camera-cXYZ). On my laptop I was able to see such wifi network provided by camera (after its reset - holding reset button on camera for 3 secons) but it was not discovered by Xiaomi phone, even many other Wifi networks of my neighbours were shown. I found out that when I disconnect on Xiaomi phone from my home WiFi router then it starts showing xiaomi-camera-cXYZ wifi network as available and also automatic adding of device started to work. So it seems that some networks are not shown (maybe Wifi channels???) until you disconnect.
