New Xiaomi M1 11 Lite 5g Random mono / stereo via Bluetooth

My first Xiaomi M1 11 Lite 5g running MIUI Global 14.0.6. I have a Sennheiser Bluetooth PXC550 headphones which work perfectly.

I also have a Sennheiser CX Plus True in ear buds. These buds seem to randomly change from stereo to mono, then back to stereo. The mono image is slightly off centre to the left. These buds work perfectly on a different phone.

Any pointers please?

You are using Global ROM.
So why do you report your issue in a custom ROM forum?
Please address it to official forum.
