Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra not asking for SIM-PIN

I have a problem. My Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra doesn't asks for a PIN when I restart it. Because of that it can't connect to cellular services. It has MIUI 12.5 Stable on it.

Seems it doesn't recognise your SIM - did you try putting in in the other slot?

Yeah i tried. Same Problem.

Just reinstalled my ROM and it works now
