Xiaomi Mi 10 ultra

Hi Everyone, I'm new in here, and am trying to get some help.
I've just got a Xiaomi mi 10 ultra 12gb ram 256gb rom, I tried to get google pay and android auto setup in it but funny enough doesn't work. Also the google assistant wake up when you say "ok google" does not work. If installing the stable global rom will that be fixed?
what are your thoughts about the Miui 12 stable version for this device?
Looking for pros and the cons of the change if anyone could help.
will everything work fine?
How will i update the system when new updates come out? Do I have to do the same steps everytime an update comes out or it will automatic update the software?
Sorry about all the questions but i really don't want to ruin the phone.

I'll go ahead and assume you're asking about the official ROM, in which case, this is not the right place to ask, try the Official MIUI Forum. Xiaomi.eu is a custom ROM based on the Chinese version of MIUI. I have never stayed more than the required 1 week before unlocking the bootloader on the Official ROM before flashing EU, so I can't be much help there, but on EU, Google pay works, Android Auto works and Okay Google works just fine (at least on my devices).

I want to go the global. I've the Chinese but as you can imagine it is limited. I just got the phone yesterday so was a bit skeptical in changing as I don't know anything about it. Was affraid that with the global eu would lose some of the features that the phone as such as the 5g, the reverse charging and many other.
But thanks I think I'll just do it and hope I don't mess up the phone

there are no global rom for mi 10 ultra the phone is for china only so you have only 2 option you stay on china rom and live with it or you flash xiaomi.eu rom base on china rom and all google service work on it
