Xiaomi mi 11 pro chinese version notification delay problem

hello i have a problem on my xiaomi mi 11 pro Chinese version notification delay when i enter the app i want i get all notification at same time but when my phone is locked i dont get anything .. i disabled miui optimizing = no restricts and all permissions is on and autostart is on .. please any one can give me a solution
