New Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra with Samsung Galaxy Buds + Problems

I use the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra with my Samsung Galaxy Buds + and have some Problem.

Read out notification is activated in the Samsung Werable app. Normally when a message comes from Whatsapp, for example, the notification tone should come and be announced Whatsapp. But unfortunately that does not work with the Mi 11 Ultra. With other devices it went without problems, only the Xiaomi gives me problems.
Problem on EU ROM 12.5.7, 12.5.10
Does anyone have the same problems or is anyone known of a solution?

Enable notification access and lock the buds+ app in revenue, then touch its icon in recents and setset battery saver to “no restrictions”
