Xiaomi mi 8 with Xiaomi EU Rom Notification

Hey guys,

today i unlocked my Mi 8 and installed the newest Xiaomi EU Rom. Everything went good. But i missing the "Feature" is the Always On Display Icon Notification. On the original Chinese Rom it works. But on this Rom not. Is there a hidden Option to enable it ?

Do you mean that you don't see the checkbox in Display settings anymore? Or that it doesn't work even if the checkbox is checked?

The Always on Display works. But if a get any notification only the Notification Light blinking but no icon seen on the AOD. Where i can find the Option if available ?

After i updated the Rom via OTA i get this error Message, when trying to change Wallpaper or Theme
