but stil didn't get answer for my question - is any way to ?
The author said turning off encryption needs further upgrade.....

The followings are original posts by wzsx150:

please explain me something, I had installed 9.4.25 rom, but I had to reinstall it again so in TWRP i wiped /data partition
after that my all internal storage with my personal files get encrypted :-/
So now when every partition is encrypted (even internal storage) the only way when installing any xiaomi.eu ROM is to backup internal storage to PC and restore it after ROM flashing?

Normally it's enough to flash over the forgoing rom dirty and do a dalvik and cache wipe afterwards. At least, that's what I did

so your data is decrypted?
I think it is, since after every reboot of TWRP, I have to give it my pin, than it's decrypting data and then I can flash.
But when it comes to this, I am totally noob.
That's the way I do it and how it works

Your data is encrypted because pin is required.

A phone with data decrypted doesn't require screen lock pin.
