Invalid Xiaomi mi max 3 Freezing problem

Hey, I was just playing a game on my Xiaomi and the screen froze (stuck on a picture that is not moving) the power button wasn't working.
I did a reset but it just stuck in the ''FASTBOOT'' picture.
it is allowing me to do resets again, but the phone himself is not uploading it just keeping in that mode.
what can I do?

i dont think its dead. its not uploading the picture of the phone (homepage) but the reset buttons are working fine

Dead = hardware issue in your case.
