Xiaomi Mi Smart Sensor Set push notifications

Hello everyone, i bought the aforementioned set which consists of smart hub, wifi switch, 2 motion sensors and 2 door magnet sensors. I set it up to my region (Macedonia) and all was set - the notifications were normally sent and i received them on my phone. However, today out of the blue the notifications are not receivers, irregardless i am on the home wifi or 4g. Nothing was changed in the settings at all, nothing was fiddled with. Tried some solutions i can find online but no push notifications. Tried even with installing the mi home app on another phone, push notifications worked for a little bit and then stopped again. Also tried with older versions of the mi home, setting no limits on the app etc.
The phone is Samsung s21 ultra exynos, home router is Xiaomi ax1200, mi home app version 6.11.702. Anyone with any suggestions on how to fix this? Cause it is kinda worthless if i cant get notifications on my phobe.

Switched region to Singapore, which was recommended, readded all the devices and scenes, still no push notifications

Weird solution, but this worked for me: I installed Mi Home on iphone, logged in and notifications started to work on android devices too.

The removal of the app and reinstalling it works also for me. But this year i had to do it 5 times already. Sometimes notifications works for few months - sometimes for few weeks. Also sometimes it happens that the notifications stopped working - sometimes it happens that they show up an hour or more later.

This can't be a solution - reinstalling.
I'm also using Xiaomi phone with there SW - and still so many problems. Surveillance camera losses it's function if notifications won't work.
Even cheap temu/aliexpress cameras works better with notification. I expected much more from Xiaomi

it is very difficult. I found only the old version of the application that I installed on the old Samsung, and it forwarded PUSH to my Xiaomi, and from today the message does not come to the old phone either. The entire eco system is under lock and key. Because by the time a message about water leakage arrives, it can flood the entire house. And many more cases can be imagined...
