Xiaomi Mi3 in US - which carrier works / highest speed?

Hi - I'm in the US and have a Xiaomi Mi3. Do you know which US carrier will give me the fastest speed? I believe it doesn't work with verizon at all. so that's out and leaves me with Tmobile or At&t.

Anyone know which will give me faster speed?

I would say it depends on the area you live in. I use T-Mobile because of the price and the speeds are good enough for me.

@Ulver - may I ask what speed you get on Tmobile? I had a friend who used to have his Xiaomi with Tmobile, but he says he only gets Edge 100% of the time. When using YouTube, for example, the best he got was 24k/s. He got so frustrated that he sold the Xiaomi and moved on.

Are you sure he was using the WCDMA version? If he was using the TD version he would probably only get edge speeds.

How do I check whether my xiaomi is WCDMA or TD?

I think I'm going to drop by the Tmobile store later and get started on a plan, and see what speed I can get - if I can get anything close to yours, I'd be very happy!
