Sd card slot? Exchangeable battery? Internal memory capacity and pricing for it?

There was nothing mensioned about SD card and Battery inter changeability
so i think NO SD card. Price added in first post

So does anyone have any Xiaomi alternative suggestions? My primary reason for getting the Mi2 was because of the size, but now that we know its successor, the Mi3, is a gargantuan phone, I'm ditching Xiaomi. Even Meizu has gone mega size so it seems there are no options left for those of us who want a high end, but reasonably sized phone.

I guess the iPhone is the only option left....

that a bit sad... offering dual sim on the cheap hongme model and not one the high end model :/

I'm disappointed :( it's a monster in terms of power and specs, but also in size and design. It's ugly IMO. Also I prefer a little big battery with a 1mm more of thickness.
I will stay with my M2S for a long time.

correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like it doesn't support hsdpa like the mi2/s?

I think it looks nice and 5 inch's isnt that bad my galaxy s4 is still very mangeable. Not as bad as the beast the note 2 that I used to have. That was big lol.

but, I thought it was to do with the manufacturer on what networks and stuff would be available?

The Mi-3 looks a monster hardware... And I love it!:D

Pro's: Fastest processor with great benchmark
Awersome storage capacity
Big battery

Con's: Looks that isn't interchangeable back cover
For the worldwide consumer don't be able to replace the battery it's a BIG problem
Still 2Gb Ram, they could put some more like Note3 it has 3Gb
5 inch screen it's quite big for a phone

I'm considering yet to keep my Mi-2 or buy Mi-3

Manufacturer can chose which version of Snapdragon 800 he wants. Mi3 has 8974AB and it has HSPA+ support of course.

Android 4.3 is boring, as is 4.2.2.
It's only fixes for nexus devices (poor version of orange friday :D )
Maybe they include new APIs but next groundbreaking Android will be KitKat, so no need for 4.3.
And if 4.2.1 is stable enough, it's OK.

Is the display better than in the mi2s? Are the Blacks on mi3 as good as on the sgs4 amoled?
