Xiaomi MI4 Drivers

Hi guys,
Some days ago i passed from Windows 7 to 8.1. Everything is fine except for xiaomi drivers. It won't install them, tryed online, searched everywhere, also tryed some driver programs, but it seems impossible to install them. I'm using Windows 8.1 Pro N 32bit.

Someone else? Someone can help me?

Yes i've tryed but it's impossible to find drivers
This (en.miui.com/thread-5610-1-1.html) are not working, neither MTP or photos

I decided to use MiManager for file sharing, because it seems impossible to install them (even trying to install the ones in the MiManager itself!)

In my thread below, I have steps to download the relevant Xiaomi apps to install drivers for Mi 3, which should work for Mi 4 too.
