I'm living in China and use to come back home 1 time per year. Every time I come back with a xiaomi phone to offer to my friend. As they live in France, they want to use the French interface. So when I buy a phone (from xiaomi store in China), i directly go to the xiaomi shop (after sales services) and ask them to change the ROM for me. Every time, they use the ROM from xiaomi.eu and install the global version.
But recently I bought a very nice xiaomi MI5X 64gb that I intend to offer to my friend. But when xiaomi installed the global ROM, unfortunately I haven't the French language.
So My question is : when the French language will be available? Otherwise, how can I install the French language?
I suppose the new global ROM (with French language) will be available soon, but I would appreciate if you could tell me when!
