New Xiaomi Mi9 9.8.29 Lock Device

Installed 9.8.29 on a dirty flash. When phone boots up, asks to unlock device with MIUI password. After I give the password, it unlocks for a small amount of time and locks again, asks for password again, and keeps going on with this loop. Any solution?

Got the same problem, but no solution. Only factory reset and installing 9.8.22 was possible.

Today i tried 9.9.3 for Mi9 and this works fine.
