Xiaomi Mijia 1080p Smart Ip Camera-can't Connect With Mobile Data

A few days ago I'm not able to view my camera through mobile data ( It gets stuck at connecting 25%); while using the same wifi as the camera uses, there is no connection problem.

Does anyone known how to fix this issue yet?
