I have XIAOMI Mijia CMSXJ11A at the installation I get the message : "Sorry this device is not supported in this area" i change to chine area but it not useful

I've the same with my Xiaomi Mijia CMSXJ16A. I tried 10-15 diffent countries and then changed the region in MiHome App to "Mainland China". Nothing helps, the same error message...
