Did you install the ROM before already? (just checking if you got adb tools and driver installed)
If yes, use PC (so you can update TWRP too)
Download this for TWRP
Download this for the ROM:
boot your phone into fastboot (hold vol down and Power button)
open cmd and type in
fastboot boot twrp-3.7.1_12-v9.0_A15-odin-skkk.img
In TWRP, go on Advanced and then on Install Recovery Ramdisk
reboot phone into recovery again.
when you have the ROM on your internal storage, go on install, select the ROM zip and continue.
If you had root with Magisk before, you have to do the root process again.
just download Magisk and flash the Magisk apk in recovery just like you installed the ROM.

I get this error:
fastboot: error: cannot load 'twrp-3.7.1_12-v9.0_A15-odin-skkk.img': No such file or directory
I want to update my beloved mix 4..

I believe you launched the fastboot command in a directory different from the directory where you downloaded the IMG file, so it can't find it.
you can open cmd
type in fastboot boot
do a spacebar after boot and then click the img and drag it into the cmd and then press enter
