Xiaomi Outdoor CW500 Duo Camera (Dual Lens)/This device is connected by someone else

I have a Xiaomi Outdoor CW500 Duo Camera (Dual Lens). Even though I reset everything, when I connect the steps, it shows an error "This device is connected by someone else". I reset the settings many times but the error still appears. I couldn't find any specific information on this model. Please somebody help me!
