Problem is likely connection related from your end to Chinese servers.

No problem - all I could suggest is contact Xiaomi customer services or the seller you purchased from for further advice on the matter.

thank you, i have just conctacted the seller, but i dont think it's a problem of connession with the chinese server, because i have also a camera from China and works good. Sorry for my english and thank you for your time

Some products are not enabled for overseas use. Check that it isn't a "mainland China only" product.
