Hi,

I received these days one xiomi, but is in bootloop.
When presse the power button and volume button "-" on the same time, opens a screen called fastboot, When presse the power button and volume button "+" on the same time, not open a recovery menu.

Help me please.

There is no such stock recovery in Redmi Note 3 you have to flash TWRP via fastboot for that you need to unlock bootloder.

This is because stock recovery replaces twrp so you have to modify boot.img file of the rom. search miui official forum to use android kitchen and modify boot.img or use TWRP by Cofface
