New xiaomi redmi note 5 stuck in fastboot mode

My phone has suddenly stucked into the fastboot mode. Im pressing the power off button and the down volume button same time, it is off and when i press the start button it is still in the fastboot mode.
Pls advise as soon as possible cause i cannot use my phone at all!!

Firstly, try flash TWRP again
Did you flashed xiaomi.eu over official ROM?

Did you ever flashed TWRP? When your phone was crushed? When you were updating ROM? (You had our ROM installed?)

i dont know what twrp is.. my phone was crushed suddenly this morning...i was not updating the ROM...it is only a 3 months phone. and never had problems.which buttons should i press to end this mode?
