Xiaomi Rn3 And Active Dual Sim Standby?

Does this phone (RN3 Helio x10) have ACTIVE dual sim standby or just dual sim standby?
If the answer is just dual sim standby I cant belive that Xiaomi made mistake like this!? My previus device, RN2 has ACTIVE dual sim standby and my new RN3 looks like it doesnt?

Anybody...? Can you recive a ringtone/notification on one SIM while you talk on another one? That is dual active standby
