I purchased a S10+ vacuum. It worked fine for about a month. I setup zones in my house with boundaries and virtual walls etc. Everything worked fine until one day, I found the machine in the bottom of my pool.
I have two problems here. Firstly, how did the machine leave the zone and get through the virtual walls I had setup to get into my pool area? Secondly, how did the unit manage to fall into my pool? It has cliff sensors which are meant to prevent this.
This to me is a double product failure and my local agents are simply walking away from any help or responsibility. I have been left with a drowned vacuum I had for a month. This is completely unacceptable.
