Xiaomi Smart Pet Fountain 2

Hello, I purchased the Xiaomi Smart Pet Fountain 2, and when I try to connect it to Wi-Fi, all three indicator lights turn orange. This status is not described in the manual. I tried turning the fountain off, but it turns back on immediately with all the orange lights again. I also attempted a factory reset, but the fountain doesn’t respond at all. Does anyone know what to do?

Guys, i have same problem too i tried to connect it to Xiaomi Mi home application, but instructions from manual didn't work. Then i pressed WiFi button for about 10 sec and indicators turned orange...now i don't know what to do
