Xiaomu.eu app for Google Pay - only manual update available?

Tried to use GPay, device is not secure. Had to download and update the app from xiaomi.eu to get it working again. Do I need to manually update the app every time when a new version comes out? Thought I have to install the app once and it works for at least a month, but now I see that the app is updated every 3-4 days

How often you need to update depends on how often Google breaks this feature.
You can also find the update app in the "Update" app. You don't need to search for it on the xiaomi.eu website.

Wut, I don't have the Update app anymore, is there a download link for that?

All xiaomi.eu ROMs have an "Update" app.
If you tamper with the system, it's your problem. And you shouldn't report errors here.
