Xposed It's Possible?

Is it possible to install xposed framework on the Xiaomi.eu rom (last dev with MIUI 8) of our RedmiNote 3 MTK?

Just two questions:
1- are you on xiaomi.eu developer rom MIUIv8?
2-if yes, how you manage the weekly update? (after updating, you lose root permissions and xposed???)
