hello i have a redmi note wcdma mtk6592 and i am confussed about the rom.

now i have this rom

• Xiaomi Redmi Note WCDMA - Stable 40.0.0 Multilang MIUIv5

i see in the recent post than this one is gone and i see this
xiaomi.eu_multi_lcsh92_wet_jb9_5.8.20_v7-4.4.zip android 4.4
is the same device?
lcsh92_wet_jb9 red mi note 3g mtk wcdma.
can i update?
wipe needed?
