You have to "Format Data" in TWRP and so you can install any MIUI ROM version by xiaomi.eu after that.
But the latest Stable ROM is: xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNote9ProEU_V12.0.2.0.QJZMIXM_v12-10.zip

Then command for installing TWRP, but when I holding Vol+ &power, the TWRP did not appear

Latest FastbootTool is always recommended but any fastboot version should be ok.

Why do you reboot your device?
Clean installation steps:
1) Use "Format Data" button in "Wipe" menu of TWRP > type 'yes' to confirm
2) Go to the "Reboot" menu > "Recovery"
3) Install xiaomi.eu ROM
4) Reboot your device
5) Done!

Can someone help me please? i have a new problem ever since i've installed

after some time passes, i cannot hear any sound from incoming phone calls&the other side cant hear me.
apprently restarting the phone fixes it for a short time but i want this issue to disappear completely.

Forget to fastboot ROM -> V11.0.2 is very old old version!!!
All newest ROMs are standard recovery versions.
Latest local MIUI.EU for Redmi Note 9 Pro (Joyeuse) is 12.0.2.

Hi to everybody.
I had an issue after installed the xiaomi.eu on RN9Pro: Simply I can't access no more to the Internal Storage; if I connect It to the PC I can see 'Shared Memory' (or 'Internal Memory'), but I can't see the Android's folders on It, it's completely empty. That's because, I believe, the System can't access too the Storage...
So, I can't install or update any App, because the System can't write on the Internal Storage.
Someone can tell me what can I do??
