Problem with TWRP on Mi10Pro

Hi,

I am still on MIUI12 and wanted to update to 14 or at least 13, I downloaded the corresponding images for cmi modell but the version of TWRP I have installed gives me errors when trying to install those. (i think partitions can't be mounted/not found). The version of TWRP I currently have installed is TWRP-3.4.1b-0313 by wzsx150, seems pretty old but works, my device is encrypted and decryption in TWRP works without problems after entering password. I tried to install newer TWRP, downloaded "twrp-3.7.1_12-v8.5_A14-cmi-skkk.img" and flashed it with fastboot. After booting to recovery it recognized encryption and asks for the password to decrypt, I tried many time but it always tells me password is wrong although I enter the same password I use when unlocking phone after reboot... I tried several times, and it never accepts the password. I also tried flashing the file "twrp-3.7.1_12-v8.5_A14_FBEv2-cmi-skkk.img", flashed it and booted to recovery. This one doesn't ask for encryption password but when I try to decrypt manually with the same password it also doesn't work. What can it be ??? I am desperate...

Update TWRP only after updating ROM.

Hi,

I flashed MIUI14 via FastBoot an hour ago and up to now everythings seems fine, but I just tried entering Recovery and it seems the old one which I had installed is still thwere but it doesn't ask for decryption password now and it show me internal memory with 0MB... Guess I will try to flash the newer one later to see if it works with the new image...

Ah, BTW: Which TWRP should i flash, I Downloaded "twrp-3.7.1_12-v8.5_A14-cmi-skkk.img" and "twrp-3.7.1_12-v8.5_A14_FBEv2-cmi-skkk.img" ???

- Try to install twrp-3.7.0_12-v7.9_A13-cmi-skkk.img
- "twrp-3.7.1_12-v8.5_A14_FBEv2-cmi-skkk.img" is for AOSP ROMs.

installed twrp-3.7.0_12-v7.9_A13-cmi-skkk.img and now it also works with encrypting after I enter the password... Thank you for helping me out so fast, also the update went super smooth although I skipped MIUI13 and went to 14 directly...

I purchased used Mi 10. Decided to flash Xiaomi eu. Downloaded eu rom and twrp. As only I go to twrp many partitions is inaccessible. I see system, product, vendor, odm and others but only Metadata and cache are checkable. Problem is system, product, vendor andba few others aren't mounted. Anyone knows the problem?
