[RECOVERY][TWRP] TWRP 2.7.0.0 / 2.8.2.0 for mi2(s) supports TDB

But i have a problem i can't install anything
the recovery seems to be working strangely- my display is dimmed as if the brightness is at minimum and i can't install anything- it is supposed to be swipe to install in twrp but there is no swipe button to swipe(it sound funny)
Anyone knows anything about it?.
i was using wrong resolution english theme now it seem to see the swipe button but still dimmed display see my older post again for the real theme

ok , now I have the English language , but the recovery is almost unusable . I can not do backup . if flatscreen is locked ( obscured ) , will not unlock .
 
no, my phone has:
merged partition
ROM SudaMod 5.1.1 - works fine
TWRP 2.8.6
... and by the time everything works great

Can someone know a working recovery for miui6 L, i'm locked in miui.. I want to try cm.. Thanks

These are themes -skins for the recovery i tried the first two and they worked and i think so will the others.I do not care about the skin and looks of the recovery but about the functionality of it ...

It isn't a full working recovery... Maybe you can try Simple Recovery (CM Recovery) but I don't know how to install without CM12.1
Ah, it hasn't Backup/Restore for now

maybe I did not understand what you say but:
tested to cleaning cache and dalvik ... ok
tested backup .... ok
tested restore ..... ok
tested themes dark, light and play ... ok
for me it's all ok

I think he meant that the link to the themes is only for the themes and not for the recovery itself.
To be sure that no one trys to flash a theme zip ;)

I've got merged partitions, TWRP 2.8.6 with black theme and latest Sudamod and everything work like a charm ! I love it, I think my mi2s never been that great !

the last test: Installing a ROM using TWRP. Well, the test was successful. I've made the classic wipe and install the ROM.
I can say that the recovery is complete

I see somsone said that cwm recovery is dead. And it not work well on Lollipop. So to use Lollipop rom, I should use the recovery in #1 post, right?
I have not-merge patition.

I'm using smiui 5.3.27 (lastest kk version). I want to try CM12.1 and Aosp 5.1
Is there any trouble with TWRP?

Where recovery.img is the path of your recovery for merged partitions

and rename it ui.zip
or you can find your own themes for TWRP look for them in xda-developers and see if they are 1280*720 resolution if you use mi2(s) or what ever your screen resolution is

ps i eddited the post cause i was using wrong resolution themes and that's why was causing the missfunction of the recovery

Hey,
i merged partition with mipc suite (miui beta 5.7.16) installed twrp 2.8.6 with english theme and tried to install sudamod again. but it stuck on mi logo. i tried it several times again and also with ivans 5.1 version for merged partitions but again stuck on mi logo.

any idea what could be the reason for this?
