Right Now, is there any way to unlock the bootloader on Chinese versions of Xiaomi devices ?

I want to buy Xiaomi 14 Pro and use the xiaomi.eu ROM on it, but I heard that Xiaomi has prevented unlocking the bootloader on Chinese devices. Also the phone has not been issued a global version, so using the Chinese ROM will be annoying.

Can't unlock bootloader if you don't have a level 5 Chinese account and you're not in China.
Unlocking the bootloader is only possible through a paid service.
You can search for this service, some sellers also offer bootloader unlocking (for example Tradingshenzhen)
