md5sum error

hi i was just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this:
whenever i try and backup via cwm it backs everything up then at the end it says unable to create md5sum. i just want to have a backup to be safe

I had that once. I just re-flashed CWM and it fixed itself. Just re-open Rom Manager and reflash recovery. That should fix it.

okay thanks for the reply i forgot to mention im using the samsung galaxy s2 and i've heard rom manager doesnt work to well on it, do you know if this is true ?

Redo whatever process you did then to install recovery. I don't have enough information about Samsung to comment on that. I'm an HTC guy

ahh okay, thanks anyway cwm recovery came with miui for me, and i dont really want to reflash as i dont have a backup i can use right now
