Other roms work but not a single MIUI...

Hi guys,

I've jumped over from XDA, for a MIUI question. No one seem to be able to answer there (for now)
So, my device is DESIRE S
and it is UNLOCKED, S-OFF and Rooted
Hboot is 7.xx
I've tried different roms (CM, PACman, JB, ICS, ViperVENOM...) and they all seem to work (some better some worse)
But I cannot manage to install any MIUI. I've tried at least 10 different, some official, some unofficial. And also various versions. It gets stuck on Welcome Screen with "MI" logo, and never raises the system.
Can anyone help me on this? I am persistent to make it work.

Thanks, i've succeded flashing miui 3.6.21 latest. So never give up. Who knows what could have been the problem...
Nevetheless consider this resolved.
