Camera not working on 3.9.6

There are still camera issues on the mi2s on 3.9.6 like in 3.8.29 that require a reboot to fix

Really surprised no one else had this issue. It's getting really frustrating that I have to reboot to fix this.

so its maybe HW issue...

Doesn't feel like it as it only started happening on the previous build. If I went back to 3.8.23 issue goes away.

Also a reboot fixes it.
