I have already opted-out MIUI anonymous usage data stats. Why these information keep sending periodically to Xiaomi Corp.?

Do you have Mitalk installed?
No, I have never heard of it. however it is also not appear in my installed apps list.

For now, I just simply added those domains to ad-block app (redirect them to 127.0.0.1)

Well of course they are collecting data, that is what smartphones are made for. An article was released a week ago in Belgium, which showed that a smartphone with the 30 most common apps installed on it makes 350.000 connections within 24 hours, when it is NOT being used and but has a wifi/3g conneciton ON, with 76 servers across the world within countries ranging from: the USA, China, Singapore, Ukraine, etc.

Personal information gets shared but also IMEI codes an well virtually anything else that has any value.

So I guess it's rather normal for phones to make connections to servers you don't want them too.

Glad to be of help, it's good to be aware of this and questions like this always interest me :) Always open for discussion too hehe. The thing I like about Cyanogenmod is that you can keep apps away from certain information on your phone. I have to admit I do not know how succesful the function is but I get a lot of notifications "app X is denied acces to your personal information", something I have to do more research on when I have more time definitly.
