Hello,
I am very satisfied of my MI3.
I am using it in English (over Chinese / English original choice).
After transferring my applications from my previous Google Galaxy Nexus phones, they now appear to use a different unit system.
Miles & Feet instead of km and m.
Same for weight, etc.
Where can i change this ? (if ever possible).

Tx

I've got same problem. Application specific settings are ok to override the system, but applications without such settings (and which rely on the system 'choice') can't be updated to current (metric) measurement units.

Any ideas how to get around this?

I've found an answer:

1. Install ADB (I followed these instructions) on your PC
http://www.howtogeek.com/125769/how-to-install-and-use-abd-the-android-debug-bridge-utility/

2. Install Locale & Language app from mi market - I used version 4.0.0

3. When you run the app on your phone, it will say you need root access or ADB (1 above) and give two commands to enter once you have followed the ADB installation instructions. The result on my phone was that the system changed from 'US' to 'UK' (that's what I chose) but nothing else; however, the default units of measurement are metric.

Done!
