First time v6, weird "feature" in notification

Hello,

I updated my Mi2s to v6 yesterday, and so far so good.

But one thing been bothering me. When I got a notification of any kind (whatsapp, gmail, missed call etc.) There's an additional icon, 3 small whites dots, that reassemble an ellipsis.

Could anyone please explain how to disable this useless feature, or explain why it is not useless?

Not talking about that. I do want the app icons when I get a notification, but I don't want 3 random dots next to it. Makes you think you have more(but you don't, it shows even if you only got I message)
