Hi everyone!
I have a problem, while I'm trying to unbrick HM2013023 via SP_flashtool. It show me error message like this: BROM ERROR: S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL (4032)

[EMI] Enable DRAM Failed!
[HINT]:
Please check your load matches to your target which is to be downloaded.

It's a pproblem with your drivers. You must install the VCOM drivers to gain access to the preloader. That SP Flash tool should say PRELOADER in the status bar underneath or else that error message will appear and the process is stuck. I seem to recall once the preloader driver VCOM driver is installed, you should disconnect the network or else the windows system will upgrade the driver to the USB driver again and you will be stuck in a loop again. Good luck. check this discussion here it may help you

I've tried it with every driver, that can be found on the net, but no chance to make it alive. It's not about drivers. I've tried it on another PC, but result is the same.

I'm currently unable to flash my device on the same computer I previously succeeded flashing with. The preloader driver shows up apparently at random then converts to MTK USB while flashing then the error appears. I've conceded same as you that it's hardware damage now. I can't promise I won't attempt it again in a few weeks though. Good luck with yours.
