Xiaomi.eu Vs Miui.com

What is the difference between these roms and global rom from miui.com ?

I tried, but I found only that Xiaomi.eu roms has GApps preinstalled and has multilang, but as far as I know MIUI Global from miui.com also have these...

I tried the 7.0.6 global from miui - it was a mistake. As expected, no gapps. But even stranger, no keyboard! This when I started with the EU roms and haven't regretted it.
