How can you Change just the COLOUR of the clock?

I want to update an Mi3 phone to this 6.10.13 version.
The phone is currently on 5.12.11.
Can I just install TWRP via fastboot and update it to the latest ROM or do I need to perform an extra update to a version in between?
I know the system partitions were merged quite a while ago in a version but the search seems to be broken and I can't find it.

You have to merge partitions since you are moving from kk to mm

Hello, I'm running version 6.9.29 and tried to update to new release via twrp but 8 can't since file is corrupted. I also tried to download zip a second time on my mi5 and also transferring it form pc.. Twrp still can't update because corrupted zip.
Any solution to this issue?

It has a small problem with my device - redmi note 4. Sometimes, the touch buttons (menu, home, back) are useless. It can be fixed temporarily by press power button to lock screen and unlock it. I got this problem in the rom 6.9.29 and it has not fixed in current rom 6.10.13.

Seems good but you have to wait a few days. At the beginning I thought was unstable, also for double restart and reinstall. Now it seems better.
I think battery is better compared to I'm on 10 standby and 1 in screen with 80% left
