Does anyone have a problem with GPS on this rom, I have a redmi note 4 mtk and the GPS locks but my current position dances from point to point around where I actually am whenever I use maps

Stable it's more "stable", weekly it's a beta version: with some bugs and crushes, personally I prefer the weekly rom, it's always with new features!

If you have xiaomi.eu rom currently and want to update the rom, then yes. Updater app, menu, choose update package and it will update the rom.

Or manually reboot to twrp, install rom.zip, wipe cache/dalvik and reboot.

i found the screen where the pattern lock is but still dont know how to actually disable it. it tells me in that screen to draw an image and i would then need a password to unlock. as i haven't done any of that, ie, drawn a pattern or set a password, the next step to disable it is what? didn't want to do something and not be able to access the phone.
as to the other question about the actual upgrade on the phone, is there a specific guide to do that? would be grateful for a link if available, please
 
Hi, is the SuperSU installation on HM4A defaults to Systemless mode? Because somehow I can't 'install normally' and the zip always attempts to install it systemlessly..

Or probably it's just on my end
EDIT to prevent spam:

Umm, Gallery app didn't show any extra pictures from SD Card in the "Other Album" and a bunch of extra images copied to the internal storage after I wiped my /data partition, despite showing everything taken with a camera and 90% of the apps shows my SD card contents.

Just in case, I'm on HM4A weekly

I don't know if already been said it but on Mi Max 2/16 I noticed an overheating on rear when display is on and an excessive battery drain also in stand by
 
My mi5 experiences random freezes while opening camera. This started few weeklies ago. Still do not understand the cause of freezes, phone recovers only after hard restart.

Did anyone with Mi5 have similar issues?

tnx for reply, Ghori. my Mi4C has MIUI v6.10.13 Beta installed atm, so is considerably before even 7.3.9. do i have to install another version before going to 7.3.9 or go straight to it? can i go from the version i have installed straight to this latest version, 7.4.27? whichever version you tell me i need to install, i assume i have to put it into the downloaded roms folder and then boot into TWRP? cant even remember how to do that! sorry

Drains on Mi5S too,
28% of usage "Android system"+22% "Android" when screen used only 11'5%, wifi 0'9% and spotify (for example) 9'5%.
Actually makes 18h on battery, while with the second aprils week had +37h with a normak use and aprox. 13h with intensive GPS+Camera apps use

Fix it fix it fix it!!
Knows somebody if it's possible to downgrade between the weekly versions??

Works like a charm on a mi5s, we have "only" battery drains
