I am on latest xiaomi.eu updated with xiaomi.eu_multi_MIMix_7.7.20_v8-7.0.zip
Any tip on how to get ambiant display on this ROM ?

Did u come from Ressurection Remix ? It's seems to be a custom integration and not integrated in MIUI... but i can't confirm...

MIUI is an hard modification of android then this feature is maybe hidden but using xposed module i can't activve it here !
