Resolved Failure to start Mix 2s, Android 9 (8.9.20)

After updating Mix2s to Android 9 ( it's all right. But when turning off the mobile takes a long time to start. Once it starts the screen is turned off before putting the SIM unlock code and remains 5-10 minutes approximately without touch response or buttons (leaving the phone unusable during that time). After 15 minutes from the moment you try to start everything works again correctly.

I have no such issue... it takes a bit longer to boot compared t the global beta but it starts fine. Maybe a bad flash, re-download the ROM and use a different TWRP to flash it again. Don't flash anything else just the ROM and make a full wipe including the internal storage (factory reset).
