redmi 5 plus not fastboot and recovery mode

Hi guys
I have a (Redmi 5 Plus Global) to respond to the black screen and when you connect the charging cable the charging light flashes at the top right. It does not respond to Fastboot mode and also does not respond to recovery mode. The device was opened and I was able to put it in EDL( HS-USB QDLoader 9008 ).
but when I choose the program it does not respond even though the software version is the last version Mi Flash Tool .
Help me.

I have the same problems no fast boot and not recovered mode only the led blinking light if o put the recharge, the screen is totally black
