New 9.2.15 Mi mix3 camera crash

1. Camera crashing when choosing option HDR Live
2. Portrait mode in low light got significatly worse after i updated to weekly. Now this is my subjective opinion, unfortunately i dont have any portrait photo from stable version but i dont remember it being so grainy.

EDIT: Also google voice assistant not working for me
EDIT 2: Cant send SMS, all settings for sms are ok ( resolved by disabling VOLTE)

1. We didn't touch the camera, so not our issue.
2. Same comment as 1.
3. And it won't work until a Global Beta ROM is released.
4. We've heard about this issue but we have no control over the device's radio.
