Unlock bootloader and flash Xiaomi.eu Rom.
Did the same for my MiPad 4 and it was the best decision i ever made

Are there instructions?
Check the first post here:

Have 8n mind that after you start the process to unlock bootloader you will need to wait 1 month until you actually do so. Use that time to search and read the guides, gather the needed resources and you will be fine.

Πολύ καλή επιλογή το Mi Pad 4 Plus δε θα τ9 μετανιώσεις!!

It's been a long time since I changed Rom on a device...
I did not see the 1 month waiting ..what do you mean?
should I use instructions below?

ROMs for devices with locked bootloader:
  • Unlock your first bootloader here http://en.miui.com/unlock/
  • Install TWRP via Fastboot mode, then install our ROM
  • Code:
    fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
    fastboot boot twrp.img
  • TWRP Recovery Zip DOWNLOAD or TWRP.ME
  • FORMAT /data partition (NEVER wipe System or Persist!)
  • Copy our ROM to the internal storage
  • Install our ROM
  • Reboot
  • done
Installation via TWRP:
- Download zip to internal storage
- Updater - Menu (...) - Reboot to Recovery
- Install - Select zip
- Reboot
- Done

Download the MiFlash Tool from step 1 and follow the procedure. If you don't have a Mi Account just create one. When Unlocking the bootloader have in mind that all your data will be erased. Just follow the steps as you stated them and you will be fine

360 minutes is 15 days of waiting... Why? Is there any reason for that? Do you know stathi?
No idea. Apparently Xiaomi is doing this with all its devices. I had to wait 720 hours for my mi pad 4 to let me unlock

so are you happy with this global rom ? is tablet running as fast as before? any bugs etc?
I'm downloading the weekly betas so a few bugs here and there are expected. But ROM is running smoothly, Gapps are working without a hitch and in case of any serious bugs xiaomi.eu team either releases a patch immediately or a fixed ROM within a day. Personally I own the mi pad 4 for 6 months and as soon as I unlocked the bootloader I flashed this ROM. I'm so happy with Xiaomi that during Christmas I bought myself the Mi 8 Pro as my primary phone which also runs the xiaomi.eu ROM now

Ok.. I have both tablets but on the pad4 it had global Rom so I did not do any changes...

about the pad 4 plus do I need to make it "root" to proceed on rom changing?

the compatible devices list of the Global Rom Link you send me on previews post #4
Yeap, it is. Mi pad 4 / Plus have the same characteristics. In any case be sure to take a nandroid backup as soon as you flash TWRP to avoid any problems during ROM flashing
