No Netflix in the Play store?

I just flashed the rom, Magisk and a custom kernel, Netflix is not appearing in the play store, is it normal ?

That's what I did, I was just curious to know if it was normal or if I screwed up somewhere. Btw, no Widevine L1 possible ?
